S1C R.E.A.L. Program encourages and assists Transgender in continuing their education. S1C has created a mentorship program to help Transgender students in finishing high school diplomas and college degrees.

S1C R.E.A.L. Program has reached out to several local businesses and corporate companies to work with educating them on Transgender in order to gain better access in the area of job placement.
Job Placement
S1C R.E.A.L. Program assist in getting descent housing and safe environments for daily living. We also collaborate with several housing facilities that are Transgender friendly and have available living space at all times.

HIV / STD Prevention, Education, and Testing & Counseling
S1C R.E.A.L. program has a street team that provide free HIV testing and STD screening referrals to Transgender survival sex workers. Reaching them where they are.
Ms. Alicia Newson serves as the Agency Chaplain and Program Coordinator for R.E.A.L. She is in charge of placing a face in the Transgender community as well as corporate America. Her background is in corporate, case management and she is an Ordained Minister.
